I had this bath and tile in the Bungalow on Main Street in Headland. I loved the vintage charm and the tile was in good shape. So I cleaned the tiles (with chemicals) and scraped out the grout the best I could. Then I re-grouted with a light gray grout. I painted the walls an Olive green and made a shower curtain out a wonderful fabric with Blacks, pink/reds and olives and did a satin finish Black on the faucets. White wood work and Botanical s all around. I loved it. I will try and find the photos for you.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good Kay. Your ideas certainly give me some inspiration. Just one issue, some of these tiles are pretty cracked up though. What kind of chemicals did you use?
